Must Have
5+ years of backend development experience, record of project delivery, Proficiency in backend languages, such as Ruby or Go, solid foundation in unit testing, problem-solving, Exceptional communication skills, ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Effectively lead a cross-functional team, teamwork skills, clearly communicating ideas, fostering alignment across different departments, building scalable solutions and architecture, ML model development and iteration, developing applications using GraphQL, use of monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, database management, particularly PostgreSQL and AWS OpenSearch
