What They're Looking For.
Must Have
active TS/SCI security clearance OR be SCI eligible, live within the commutable driving distance into Tampa, Florida several days per week (hybrid work), 6-10 years of Software Development experience in a variety of programming languages, communication skills and interest in a pair-programming environment, Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies, Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems, Experience with Java, Kotlin, Ruby or Elixir, Experience with Spring Boot, React. JS, Vue or Redux, Experience with both frontend and backend, Experience using container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and processes such as Git, Concourse, GitLabCI, SonarQube, Fortify, and ThreadFix, Demonstrated experience with API Development, comfortable running your software in Linux environments, understanding of algorithms, databases, design patterns, and understand how to apply them, facilitation skills, BAS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, U. S. citizenship

Experience in training, mentoring and/or up-skilling engineers, Experience developing cloud-native applications, Experience leading a product or development team, Experience building and deploying in a continuous delivery environment, Experience working directly with clients, facilitation skills, Experience with DoD, especially at a DoD "Software Factory"
