Extensive hands-on technical experience with the Calypso platform, Knowledge of Calypso architecture, custom development, and interfacing tools, Proven experience supporting Calypso implementation projects, Experience developing custom features and integrations within enterprise financial systems, Understanding of Capital Markets and trading workflows, Specialized knowledge across asset classes including Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, and Derivatives, Experience designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance financial applications, Problem-solving and analytical skills within mission-critical environments, Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and client-facing teams, Intermediate English communication skills, Intermediate-to-advanced or native Spanish communication skills

Experience supporting complex Calypso platform upgrades, Exposure to large-scale global banking or hedge fund environments, Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and distributed systems, Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices, Prior experience working within consulting or professional services organizations
