backend experience, Python (intermediate level), building and documenting RESTful APIs, serverless architectures, AWS services, infrastructure as code, Pulumi in Python-based projects, Git skills, collaborative development workflows, English (reading and writing) for technical communication

ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a talented Software Engineer seeking an exciting challenge? Join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing integrations that support various functions within the Treasury team. You’ll contribute to shaping the architecture of our Treasury systems, ensuring they remain effective, scalable, and efficient. As part of this team, you’ll help design and implement robust solutions that drive operational excellence. We’re looking for a professional with proven experience in system integrations. In this role, you will work closely with the Treasury team and external system consultants to design and build a seamless integration between our core systems and platforms like SAP, Zendesk, Rydoo, Hibob, and other smaller systems. ABOUT THE TEAM At VTEX, you will be part of the Treasury Systems team, acting as the main Tech point of contact within the department, a group dedicated to strengthening the technological support behind our Treasury operations. The team's mission is to optimize and innovate the systems that power key financial and Treasury processes, ensuring smooth data flow and integration between SAP, Zendesk, Rydoo, Hibob, and other smaller internal systems. As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Treasury team to deeply understand their needs and develop effective, scalable solutions. You'll also collaborate with other team members in a shared development environment, dive into the intricacies of our systems to identify opportunities for improvement, and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into smart technical decisions.
