Must Have
6-15 years of continuous experience as a backend engineer or Backend-leaning fullstack, Experience working in a product-led + fast-paced environment (startup or tech company), Experience with relational databases, Working knowledge of cloud platforms, with preference for Google Cloud Platform, Keen attention to code quality, passion for efficient architecture, and commitment to optimising performance, Readiness to work with Kotlin
Nice to Have
Proficient in Kotlin, for server-side development, Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform, Experience with advanced Postgres features like GIST indexes, partitioning and replication
