To be a sandbox for change **What about your team?** We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with knowledge and a broad range of concepts, technology, and domain insights to develop and deliver world-class software solutions. You will be primarily responsible for building software in fast-paced, greenfield environments, using the latest cloud tooling & frameworks to create early-stage prototypes & MVP releases that help advance business cases for new products. Along with the initial build, there is an expectation you can help establish and evolve these initiatives to help expand our portfolio of ventures. **Key Responsibilities** **Experience** The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and expertise: * Experience as a product-minded engineer, working from customer problems through to MVP solutions while helping shape product direction and delivering high-quality software * Design, implement, and run full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end, back-end, and database layers with high test coverage * Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for a full stack project using AWS * Proactively identify, prioritize, and address technical debt, ensuring sustainable code quality and alignment with long-term project goals * Take initiative and provide expert guidance to the business on how to scope & develop new products **We are interested to hear from people who have experience in** * Strong experience in software design, including designin
