* **_About the Role_** * Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions for complex projects and products * Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions. * Build and enhance Varicent-based solutions (Composer, Incentives, Calculations) * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications * Develop high-quality, scalable code aligned with SDLC best practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time * Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing. * Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. * Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. * Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures * ** _About You_** * 6–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in Varicent * Strong hands-on expertise in Varicent Composer, Incentives, and Calculations * Good to have experience with Varicent ELT and Adaptor * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts * Proven ability to collaborate, mentor, and work effectively in teams. * Shift time : 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM IST #LI-SM1 **What’s in it For You?** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected. * **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibi
