What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, 5 years of experience with Software Development & Deployment Expertise, Developing with the Navilink C# code base, SQL Server backend, batch server operations including deployment coordination and coding, Working in a Scaled Agile environment, actively participating in team syncs, backlog refinement, iteration planning, retrospectives, and program increment, Experience with source control systems, including branch/merge strategies and release management best, understanding of system integrations, APIs, file transfers (flat files, XML, JSON), message queues, and API, IT support experience within insurance or healthcare industries, familiarity in handling PII and PHI data privacy, Experience managing software supported by multiple concurrent teams, implementing change management, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive), agile management tools, Rally, JIRA, or Microsoft, Hands-on experience managing software in a multi-tiered, client-server, Proven ability to triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage incidents and problems, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently or collaboratively with mixed teams of full-time and contingent workers

What You'll Do.
Lead conceptualization
Provide technical leadership and direction
Ensure application solution design conforms to quality attributes
and document software deliverables
Ensure solutions delivered are secure and scalable
Actively look for buy over build and cloud based solutions
Ensure product backlog has appropriate technical stories
Provide ongoing and appropriate mentorship
Responsible for application solution quality
Participate in definition and maintenance of software standards
Responsible for communication and collaboration with key stakeholders
Maintain depth of technical understanding of third party/cloud solutions
Evaluate technical impacts and coordinates implementation of new product releases
Participate in sizing and estimation activities
Communicate daily with Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner
Participate in code reviews and sprint ensuring ideas are communicated

Collaborate with Principal SE and architects on coding standards, processes, tooling and frameworks; Collaborate with key stakeholders in the delivery of features; Communicate daily with the Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner and the Agile team on progress made and planned progress for the coming day and report any impediments that are blocking their progress; Participate in code reviews and sprint ensuring their ideas for team continuous improvement are communicated so that the overall process and team can improve sprint by sprint and readily receive feedback for self-improvement; Collaborate with Business Analysts to confirm understanding of business requirements relating to features to be delivered and to help the Business Analyst define requirements that can be delivered from a technical perspective; Collaborate with User Experience (UX) designers to ensure designs produced can be translated efficiently into working solutions for feature delivery; Collaborate with Test Engineers and Senior Test Engineers
