The role focuses on flight software development and avionics modernization for a long-serving, iconic military aircraft; and it is ideal for someone passionate about embedded avionics and control systems who is ready to go beyond coding to defining the work, leading others to execute, and owning the outcome. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversight capability for requirements-to-design activities, software development and testing, systems integration, and process improvement efforts to ensure the team meets customer, safety and quality, regulatory, and schedule objectives.
