What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience, 5+ years of relevant professional experience in API development, backend development, and relevant technologies, Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code platform concepts, Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure Logic Apps, and developing and implementing enterprise architecture standards and best practices is a plus
What You'll Do.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support
Troubleshoot support tickets
Monitor incident impacts
Process service requests
Participate in testing new technologies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with other Platform Engineers; Attend regular team meetings; Assist and collaborate with teams in problem and major incident management

Solid oral and written communication skills; Ability to translate complex tech concepts to non-tech stakeholders; Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication
