What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least five years of experience as a software engineer, working in a modern Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language, track record of shipping well-tested, user-facing features in fast-paced product environments, problem-solver who can navigate edge cases, debug tricky issues, and design systems that scale, Takes ownership of work, values clarity in code and communication, and consistently delivers high-quality results
Nice to Have
Experience working in fintech, especially around payments or compliance, Fluency in Typescript, Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and cloud platforms like GCP, Exposure to NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, or React Testing Library, Prior experience building tools for internal teams or backend platforms, A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
