Initiatives may range from small enhancements through the largest, most complex development projects. The technical environment for software development consists of multiple system platforms and a variety of methodologies, techniques, languages, tools, and utilities. Career level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative. Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommends new procedures. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
