What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (full-stack or back-end focussed), ideally within fast-paced, high-growth and complex technical environments., Experience designing and operating APIs (REST or GraphQL) and distributed systems., Passion for designing and building large scale, distributed and fault-tolerant systems for real-world users., Thrive in dynamic, high-performance start up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative., Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, solve complex problems, and consistently deliver high-quality, impactful results., Deep interest in artificial intelligence and excitement to build innovative, category-defining products., Regularly leverage AI tools and technologies in your workflow, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements to boost productivity and innovation.
Nice to Have
Experience building AI features leveraging LLMs, agent workflows, or AI infrastructure., Experience building enterprise features and systems — IAM, SSO, audit logs, compliance frameworks, or observability., Experience building integrations ecosystems or native third-party connectors., Contributions to open-source projects.
