Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field., 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering, Modern C++ and OOP development skills, Solid knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, and data formats like JSON, Proficiency with JavaScript, JQuery, and modern front-end development concepts, Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, Understanding of file transfer and networking protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, FTP/S), Experience with version control (Git, SVN) and collaboration tools such as JIRA, TFS, Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methodologies, Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure), Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, Security-first mindset, particularly with networking and data exchange
Nice to Have
Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools and practices, Knowledge of security, encryption, and compliance standards related to data and file transfer
