What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 7–8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or a master’s degree with an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience in software development with a focus on backend systems and services, Proficiency in Java, C#, C++, or similar backend languages, Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms, Experience building and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems, Experience (3+ years) designing, building, deploying, and maintaining container-based applications, Experience (4+ years) working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, Problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues, Experience with Continuous Delivery practices and automated deployment pipelines, Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams, Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-level technical leadership, Working knowledge of secure development practices and security considerations in distributed systems
