6+ years software engineering, 2+ years team leadership, Kubernetes & Containerization experience, Proficient in at least one backend language (Go or Python), Experience with Javascript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Experience with Relational and Non-Relational Databases

Backstage comfort with React for plugin frontends, Azure or AWS platform experience, Comfort designing prompts, Building small agents/automations, Embedding AI into team workflows, Service SLO awareness, Incident response contribution
