5+ years software engineering, Java, Scala or Similar language, Experience building large-scale distributed systems, Experience taking ownership of features, Experience delivering end-to-end projects, Familiarity with programmatic advertising ecosystems, Experience implementing RTB protocols, Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, Familiar with real-time streaming technologies, Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes, Practical experience with SQL, Practical experience with relational databases, Practical experience with NoSQL databases, Experience with microservices architectures, Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, Experience with asynchronous processing, Debugging and performance optimization skills, Comfortable using Git, Managing CI/CD pipelines, Experience working within Linux environment, Verbal and written communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with Kafka or Kinesis, Experience with Aerospike, Cassandra, Redis, or KeyDB, Experience with GitLab or similar platform
