Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience, 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or related technical roles, experience designing and building APIs and integration‑focused systems, Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles, distributed systems, and secure application development, Experience supporting production systems, including incident management and on‑call responsibilities, High‑energy, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure, initiative, self‑motivation, and a results‑driven mindset, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with collaboration and organizational abilities, Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges in a diverse, globally distributed team
Nice to Have
7+ years of experience delivering complex software systems at scale, Experience delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services, Payments, or Open Banking domain, Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and security standards relevant to financial integrations, Working knowledge of AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot (GHCP), Claude, and similar generative AI tools, with the ability to leverage them to improve developer productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency (strong plus)
