Excellent communication both in English and Romanian, 5+ years of development experience, successfully delivering software with a broad mix of languages, technologies and platforms, Experience as a software developer working on multiple products, The ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment, Experience working with Agile at Scale, Lean approaches, Continuous Delivery approaches, Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development, Infrastructure as Code, Experience with cloud native software architecture, Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, use of Quality Gates to maintain high levels of code, Self-starter, involved squad contributor
Nice to Have
Broad experience across multiple programming languages and frameworks, in-depth skills in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Typescript, C#, experience in one or more of the following frameworks Angular, NodeJS, Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, Experience of middleware such as Kafka, NServiceBus, Camunda, Dremio, RabbitMQ, Practiced experience refactoring, implementing design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, system and application design, application security, experience working with an ORM Framework, use of TSQL, NOSQL databases such as MSSQL and Mongodb, Knowledge of SDLC processes and practices, experience with some or all of Confluence, JIRA, ADO, Github etc., Experience designing and deploying applications on cloud infrastructure with providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, Experience in Security driven design practices, remediation of SAST/DAST findings
