Senior Software Engineer Location: Remote, USA. What we are looking for: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer supporting our client, the Department of Labor. The software engineer will have experience with process-based applications using SAP Business Objects. They will coordinate the configuration management aspects of OCIO technical project(s). Implement applications using Gitlab, JIRA, and follow software/database design best practices, performance standards, and develop code adhering to the latest IT security trends. Review and assist in planning and execution of software promotion through development, test, and production environments while supporting data migration activities. The software engineer must have experience working directly with end-users and SMEs to ensure technical programming functionality meets the desired system requirements. At least 10 years of hands-on application development experience leveraging Gitlab or similar software code repositories, with a good understanding of SAP Web Intelligence (i. e.
