What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Several years of experience as a Software Engineer. Practical experience in modern software development areas including infrastructure, observability, testing, and deployment pipelines with quality assurance and scaling. Experience in operating and supporting large-scale software systems in cloud and on-premise environments. Willingness to travel to the Richen manufacturing site and within Germany and Austria for team events.
Nice to Have
Background in manufacturing or logistics systems, Site-Reliability-Engineering, or software system operations in a smart factory. Experience in Cloud Operations (Azure is a plus). Familiarity with monitoring and alerting practices for production systems. Experience in defining and working with SLAs/SLOs.
What You'll Do.
