Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible. ** _Position Summary_ :** The Sr. Software Engineer position, Intraoperative Neuromonitoring, is responsible for the software applications & systems development function on software new product initiations and sustaining. ** _Essential Functions_ :** * Develops and maintains software applications & systems development * Creates and maintains product software architecture * Takes the ownership of all aspects of software development as technical contributor * Writes product software documentation * Manages lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing and delivery to product management * Prioritizes work to identify the root cause and creates a corrective action plan that ensures timely resolution of issues * Follows software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software * Works closely with cross functional engineers, developers and Product Management throughout organization to influence product development, assisting or improving products * Accountable for software development projects from beginning to finish * Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485 * Performs other duties, as assigned, such as DevOps functions * Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
