If candidate comes with Infor XA development skills, it is an added advantage. The candidate will work on Customization/Enhancements to Client needs on the Infor XA application. The candidate should be able to gather the requirements, analyze the requirements, identify a possible solution, and develop/modify the program(s) to get the results.
