We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service. **Impact &contribution:** The Group Fraud Technology team is part of the Group Operations Technology and is responsible for delivering project and platform enhancements and assessments relating to Group Fraud Management Platform. Our main clients are Group Fraud Management Services. **Roles & responsibilities:** * Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding and application of software delivery lifecycle principles, including design, development, testing, deployment, support, and evaluation. * Software Data Analysis: Proficiency with analysing business objectives and translating requirements to technical implementation components. * Mentoring: Ability to mentor and provide technical assistance to team members * Implement Best Practice: Apply and promote industry best patterns and practices. * Engineering and Strategy: Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within own team and platform. * Software Problem Management: Lead Level 3 or above support and technical troubleshooting activity. **Essential skills:** * Absolutely hands-on programming experience of 8+
