Our platform's purpose is to support our Group’s business, Group Fraud Management Services, and their value proposition of providing world-class fraud prevention and detection to safeguard CBA and wider community. We aim to achieve our purpose through continually delivering cutting edge technology to enable detection, response and prevention of fraud to be a safer and better bank for the community. **Impact & contribution:-** Engage with BU builder and operational teams to triage priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems, and ensure permanent closure of incidents, including actioning of root causes and contributing factors.
