What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of industry experience developing software solutions, Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Go, Ruby, C#, Rust, etc.), understanding of Frontend and/or Backend frameworks (React, Vue, Express, Flask, Ruby on Rails, etc.), Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and writing efficient SQL queries, schema design, and performance optimization, Knowledge of testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, Experience optimizing application performance and resolving bottlenecks, Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) using tools like Jira or GitHub
