As **Senior Software Engineer I** , you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementation of Cepheid next generation software products. This position is part of the R&D Department and will be located in Bangalore, IDC, India. This position reports to the Engineering Manager, R&D and will be an onsite role. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Develop and maintain molecular diagnostics application software using Java and Angular frameworks * Implement automated testing strategies across unit, component, and system levels using industry-standard tools * Execute software development projects using Agile lean methodologies with defined sprint deliverables and velocity metrics * Perform formal design reviews and generate detailed design documentation aligned with regulated software development standards * Interface with firmware, hardware, software quality, and technical support teams to ensure integrated system functionality in diag
