Must Have
7 years of deep, hands-on Salesforce experience, Strong, proven expertise across the Salesforce Platform, including Service Cloud, Comprehensive expertise in Salesforce configuration, Proven, hands-on experience building reusable UI components and pages using the Lightning Component Framework, Demonstrated and extensive experience integrating and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Proven hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization Builder, Demonstrable proficiency in Apex development, Solid, hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA), Thorough and working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Technical leadership skills, Experience defining and enforcing architectural governance frameworks, Proven expertise in cloud architecture design across one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, APIs, and web services, Knowledge of OwnBackup or equivalent SaaS backup and recovery tools, Understanding of infrastructure setup and managing deployments of varying complexity, Python, SQL, SOQL, JSON, HTML, CSS, HTML5, UI/UX design principles, Veeva Vault API, Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines

Building and managing analytical dashboards
Writing SAQL queries for advanced data analysis
and predictive models within CRMA
Managing data ingestion
and activation in Salesforce Data Cloud
Defining and enforcing architectural governance frameworks
Guiding development teams across multiple workstreams
Designing cloud architecture
