8 - 12 Years of specialized technical experience, deep expertise in various skills in mainframe technologies, middleware, databases, and DevOps practices, understanding of enterprise application support, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Extensive experience in mainframe application development, support and maintenance, Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ and VSAM, understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, Experience with version control systems and software development tools, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team
