Read more: [careers.bms.com/working-with-us](https://careers.bms.com/working-with-us). **Desired Experience** * Senior AIML Engineer is a technically advanced individual contributor expected to independently lead solution design, own stakeholder engagement, drive architectural decisions, and take end-to-end accountability for delivery. * Plan and decompose AI/ML initiatives into user stories, epics, and sprint-ready tasks using Agile/Scrum methodologies * Evaluate and propose multiple solution options, articulating trade-offs in terms of complexity, cost, scalability, and time-to-value. * Develop Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications including text generation, summarization, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and intelligent assistants * Implement Agentic AI systems using multi-agent frameworks to automate complex workflows and decision-making pipelines * Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and other AI use cases * Build and maintain AI pipelines from data ingestion through model inference and serving *
