Must Have
7-8 years of software engineering experience, hands-on compiler and systems work, graph lowering, IR design, operator fusion, scheduling, code generation for accelerators, systems programming skills, C++, Python for tooling and infrastructure, shipping compiler components or systems software used in deployed products, debugging and profiling skills, common performance toolchains, communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with hardware architects and kernel teams, Willingness to mentor junior engineers, contribute to team engineering practices
Nice to Have
MLIR-based frontends and dialects, TOSA, StableHLO, TorchMLIR, AI compiler stacks, hardware backends, accelerator targeting, large-scale models, production ML inference pipelines
