Must Have
5+ years of full-time professional software development experience, experience owning and delivering medium-to-large technical projects, backend engineering fundamentals, experience building reliable, maintainable distributed systems in production, Proven ability to navigate complex architectural boundaries, instincts for production quality, observability, testing, rollout safety, performance, operational excellence
Nice to Have
fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies, willingness to learn and leverage them, collaborate cross-functionally with Infrastructure and Frontend teams, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, defining a new category of Work Management, Lead with ownership and initiative, identify ambiguity, propose practical paths forward, help teams make steady progress through changing requirements
