What They're Looking For.
Must Have
AI engineering experience, including hands-on work with LLMs, AI platforms, or AI-augmented development workflows, Polyglot coding ability, with comfort working across different codebases and languages such as Ruby, TypeScript and Python, Startup or ambiguous environment experience, with a track record of operating in environments where they had to define the work, not just execute it, Systems design capability, with the ability to architect end-to-end solutions with an eye for scalability, security and long-term maintainability, High agency, with a self-directed, proactive and accountable approach without needing close management, Communication skills that enable them to translate technical complexity for executive and non-technical audiences

What You'll Do.
Contribute as a senior individual contributor across high-priority strategic initiatives

Work hands-on in existing codebases and quickly ramp up in new languages
