Must Have
Deep, hands-on experience building full-stack applications, Native AI stack development, Foundational comfort with TypeScript (React, Next. js) on the front end, Foundational comfort with Python and SQL on the backend, Experience successfully bringing AI to life in production, Experience integrating with LLM APIs, Experience crafting intuitive AI-powered features, Clear understanding of RESTful API design, Clear understanding of database management (such as PostgreSQL or Redis), Clear understanding of cloud ecosystems, Comfort collaborating on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), Comfort collaborating on containerization (Docker), Comfort collaborating on smooth cloud deployments, Highly developed communication skills, Natural ability to listen, share ideas, and partner effectively within a cross-functional team, Authorized to work for any employer in the U. S.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, Exposure to building vector search or RAG-based capabilities, Background or interest in crafting interactive interfaces like chat, copilots, or workflow automation tools
