What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–7 years of hands-on software development experience in Java (mandatory), software development experience in Java, Scala, Linux, Maven, Git, Database expertise in MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, knowledge and proven experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP), Exposure to scalability and performance tuning, Experience in microservices architecture, Docker containers, and Kubernetes, Experience in developing high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems, Ability to work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile practices, methodologies, and tools, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Self-driven with ownership, initiative, and a “can-do” attitude, Proven experience working in a global, distributed team environment, Passion for learning new technologies, performing hands-on POCs, and adapting quickly to alternative frameworks when required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Knowledge of fraud detection or fraud management domains, Design Principles (SOLID) and Design Patterns, Additional technical expertise in Cassandra, Kafka and Oracle
