We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to serve as a technical leader in our new Bangalore organization, architecting the next generation of AI-powered seller support systems. As a founding senior engineer, you will shape the technical direction of our platform while mentoring teams and establishing engineering excellence. You will drive the technical architecture of our intelligent support platform, designing and implementing scalable solutions to enhance our customer experience. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to transform its seller support experience, consolidating various tools into a unified, AI-powered platform serving large seller base globally. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a new organization while solving complex problems at Amazon scale. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring engineers. Success in this role means delivering architecturally sound solutions that can scale to Amazon's needs while establishing technical practices that will serve as the foundation for our growing organization.
