## Description About the Role: As a Senior Software Engineer at JioStar, you will play a key role in designing and developing the core backend systems that power our live streaming workflows. You’ll own projects end-to-end, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and help shape the architecture and future direction of our low-latency, distributed systems. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about solving complex backend challenges, building resilient systems at scale, and mentoring others toward engineering excellence. About the Team: At JioHotstar, our Live Video Engineering team owns the end-to-end orchestration of live video production. We generate and manage live streams tailored to diverse business requirements, supporting millions of sports fans across India. Our responsibilities include ingesting feeds from stadiums or satellites and fanning them out based on monetization models, subscription tiers, and platform-specific needs.
