You act as a quality architect for a complex business domain, partnering with Product and Engineering to "shift left" and bake quality into the design. You combine deep technical expertise with mentorship, driving test automation, AI adoption, and a culture of quality ownership across your team. Meet the Job Drive Strategy: Champion the "Shift Left" approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels. Automate Everything: Build and own the test infrastructure, coding robust automation for all acceptance suites within our CI/CD pipelines. Innovate: Implement AI-driven testing tools to accelerate test case generation and visual regression checks. Coach & Mentor: Guide engineers on TDD/BDD practices, ensuring the entire team writes high-quality, testable code. Quality Gatekeeper: Challenge requirements early to ensure they are unambiguous, complete, and fully testable before a single line of code is written. How About You Tech Stack:.Senior-level proficiency in Java is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one other language (Python or JavaScript), with the ability to code complex automation.
