You’ll work on production services that ingest, manage, retrieve, and reason over large document collections—with a strong emphasis on PDFs and LLM-powered retrieval + analysis (RAG).   This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys owning critical components end-to-end: from document pipelines and APIs to evaluation, latency, and cost.   Location: Dublin, Ireland Work Mode: Preferred Hybrid (2 Days from Office)   What you’ll do Design, build, and operate production-grade Python services powering document and AI workflows Own document ingestion and management pipelines, including reliability and scalability Implement RAG / semantic search systems that combine LLMs with document retrieval Develop and refine prompting and context management strategies for real-world usage Build and maintain embedding pipelines and vector database integrations Implement and optimise PDF processing (structure, metadata, extraction, layout considerations) Des
