As a Senior Software Engineer, you will independently own major components from design to delivery. You will solve complex technical problems, make technical decisions within your domain, and act as a technical backbone for the team. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues worldwide, leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI—and play a key role in advancing industry-leading products. # Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with your team and other talented engineers to design, plan, develop, refactor, test, deliver and maintain complex features across desktop applications, components, and cloud services. * Work closely with the product owners, experience designers, and product management teams to review and implement proposed designs. * Prototype, implement, and maintain production-grade software and components. * Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability. * Embrace Agile and LEAN methodologies as an active member of a Scrum team, driving continuous improvement. * Mentor and coach junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and elevate the technical proficiency of the team. * Engage in cross-team collaborations, influencing technical direction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Proactively learn and share new technologies, stay current with the latest AI trends and actively contribute ideas for integrating AI into our products and workflows that create tangible value for customers. * Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve product quality and user experience. # Qualification
