About the Role Togetherwork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who builds, tests, and optimizes robust, scalable software systems while mentoring junior developers. You will play a critical role in full-stack system design, performance tuning, and leveraging expertise in our modern tech stack to drive product development. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain core SaaS applications and APIs. Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Write clean, tested, and efficient code; actively engage in code reviews to maintain standards. Review and improve code written by peers and junior developers. Participate and collaborate in system architecture discussions and design reviews. Success Measures Code efficiency, stability, and test coverage metrics. Deliver high-quality, well-tested features on schedule and to specifications. Proactively prevent production incidents; identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks and system stability issues. Effectively mentor junior developers and improve team velocity.
