What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in full stack software application development, 5+ years of experience in at least one back-end language/platform such as: Java or Python, 3+ years of experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes development, 3+ years of experience in at least one modern front-end framework such as: TypeScript, ReactJS or Redux, 3+ years of experience in backend frameworks/API Protocols like Spring, GraphQL, Hibernate and/or Spring Data, Experience with version control tools, especially Git, Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, including prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
Nice to Have
Leadership experience and technical ownership, Experience with Event Driven Architecture, Experience using AI development tools such as AmazonQ, Kiro, Codex or similar AI/LLM tools to improve quality, productivity in development, Experience developing Cloud-native applications, Automation and Orchestration preferred, DevSecOps experience preferred
