What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years in enterprise software sales, business development, consulting, or a hybrid of these, with a consistent track record of measurable outcomes, Demonstrated experience engaging through and with ecosystem partners: ISVs, OEMs, or channel/solution partners, ability to connect business problems to technical solutions — comfortable leading both executive business conversations and workload-level discovery, Value-selling rigor: able to build executive business cases and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, Project management instincts with the ability to orchestrate multiple moving pieces across customers, partners, and internal teams, Ability to travel domestically 25–40% as needed
Nice to Have

This is a full-time position that blends sales, consulting, and business development. It sits at the intersection of NVIDIA's AI software platform, our ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) members, and NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs), and the enterprise customers those partners serve. As a Senior Software Adoption Manager, you'll map customer business challenges to AI workloads to NVIDIA software, then work through partners to turn those solutions into scalable, repeatable go-to-market (GTM) plays. You'll help customers accelerate adoption of NVIDIA software, guide integration into partner and ISV solutions, promote vertical use cases and validated patterns, and scale what works across the ecosystem.
