Monitor building procedures and performance measures
Assist with development and monitoring of maintenance programme
Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
Ensure regional operations procedures are followed
Seek ways to reduce costs and improve standards
Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures
comply with and audit internal management systems
Ensure Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
Ensure reactive maintenance is completed as per timeframes
Ensure financial management requirements are completed
Provide superior customer service
Record and action feedback from client sessions
Pro-actively manage client expectations
Assist in monthly finance reporting
Provide input into monthly reports
Monitor and achieve required Key Performance Indicators
Assist Facilities Management Team with tactical planning
Assist with receiving and dispatching work requests
Perform work order entry and redirect work orders
Monitor work order SLA adherence
Assist with coordination
follow-up and satisfaction of
Coordinate with onsite and regional Facilities team

Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses * Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained * Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards * Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating as required * Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance * Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met. * Ensure all Reactive Maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes. * Ensure all Financial Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner * Provide superior customer service * Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and action to the satisfaction of the end user. * Pro-actively manage Nielsen expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained * Assist in the monthly finance reporting as required * Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to Nielsen * Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators * Assist Facilities Management Team with tactical planning
