What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, Proven track record of developing and executing successful social and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results, Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, Knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including identification, outreach, and relationship management, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights, Take a leadership role in evaluating, integrating, and scaling with AI tools to increase efficiencies and quality, Experience managing social media budgets and resources, Project management and organizational skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, Self-starter and highly accountable to continuous progress and results
Nice to Have
Proximity to Austin, TX is strongly preferred for local collaboration, Experience with Oktopost, Asana and Jasper, Experience in the marketing and sales technology industry, Agency management experience, Graphic design and video production capabilities
What You'll Do.
Defining the global social media strategy
Growing and developing all social media activities across Demandbase Social platforms
Building an internal Employee Advocacy program and developing an Executive Thought leadership platform on relevant social channels
Building and managing an influencer marketing program
Managing social media budgets
Analyzing and reporting on performance
Maintaining brand consistency
Staying ahead of the curve on social media trends
