Act as Configuration expert for the Customer
Support System and Business configuration
Triage GPP testing issues using logs
Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution
Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds
Support production upgrades
Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications
