What You'll Do.
Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue
Liaise between Unisystem and Finastra teams
Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops
Provide inputs on system design
Act as Configuration expert for the Customer
Support System and Business configuration
Triage GPP testing issues using logs
Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution
Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds
Support production upgrades
Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications
