S. , or PhD in a relevant science or engineering field, Experience bringing a new material to market, Solid understanding of materials science fundamentals, Solid understanding of polymer product development, Hands-on experience in thermo-plastic engineering, Experience designing and conducting rigorous experiments, Ability to work autonomously, Ability to take initiative to learn new skills, Understand the value of good documentation

Experience developing materials for 3D printing, Experience with SLA/DLP printers, Experience with SLS printers, 3D CAD modeling, Programming skills
