What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused engineering role, Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, observability, and incident response, Able to lead SRE strategy for large-scale, cross-functional projects, experience supporting production systems with high availability and compliance requirements, Proven ability to work closely with developers and guide reliability best practices
Nice to Have
Experience in a fintech or similarly regulated industry, Familiarity with data streaming, analytics pipelines, or financial data systems
