What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in SRE, Data Engineering, or DevOps, programming/scripting skills (Python, SQL, Bash), Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), experience with data modelling and pipeline development, Experience implementing monitoring and observability systems, Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.), Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Nice to Have
Experience building a data platform from scratch, Familiarity with DataOps and governance frameworks, Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, Familiarity with AI tooling
